We inspect the entire commercial roof: membrane condition, seam integrity, flashing details, penetration seals, drain function, and insulation condition. Core samples reveal moisture levels in the existing system. You receive a detailed written report.
Project Proposal
We present options when they exist: repair vs. replace, TPO vs. PVC, 15-year vs. 20-year warranty. Each option is priced so you can make an informed decision based on your budget and building plans.
Commercial Installation
Factory-trained crews using proper equipment, hot-air welders for TPO/PVC, torch equipment for modified bitumen, and adhesive systems for EPDM. Every seam, flashing, and penetration detail inspected before we leave.
Final Inspection
Manufacturer warranty registered upon completion, 15-20 year coverage depending on system and build-up. We offer maintenance contracts to keep your warranty valid and your roof performing for its full life span.
